About Ash

Ashley Houston is the stylist behind ASH Salon. She is a mother, daughter, and a strong-willed woman with the passion to succeed (also known for her curls).

In 2009, she attended MetrOasis Advanced Training Center for hair education. She has been a licensed hairstylist since 2010. In October 2013, she attended AVEDA Congress with coworkers, for a show and a few educational classes. “Being a Day Maker” (excellent customer service focusing on creating beautiful styles to make your client’s day better) and an Extension Class with celebrity stylist, Tippi Shorter, had huge impacts on Ashley’s career. The following June, Ashley opened ASH Salon. Her goal has always been to make her clients feel confident by enhancing their natural beauty.

ASH Salon strives for healthy hair with fresh haircuts and flawless, natural blends of colour. Ashley will follow her passion by continuing education, seeking the best techniques and products for her guests.
